Returns Eligibility
- You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Return requests made after 14 days from delivery will not be accepted.
Return Process

- Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Since Kian Loft operates on cash-on-delivery, eligible refunds will be made via bank transfer. We will contact you to arrange the refund process.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at [email protected]. within 3 days of receiving the product. Include a photo of the item and packaging. We will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer product exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, you must return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as final sale
- Used or damaged items not caused by shipping
- Items returned without original packaging
